Get connected

What is a cultural retreat?

Day or weekend experiences designed for self-identified Indigenous people seeking to reconnect with their roots through land based teachings and culture. Our retreat focuses on balancing your Medicine Wheel, sharing traditional indigenous teachings and knowledge, ceremony, and land based healing.

Through this immersive experience, you will have the opportunity to connect with nature and learn from Indigenous knowledge keepers, who will share their teachings and practices with you. You will participate in ceremonies and land-based healing practices that are trauma-informed and aim at helping you ground yourself. Our retreat is a safe and supportive space for you to explore your personal journey and find healing.

You will have the opportunity to share your experiences with like-minded individuals and build connections within the Indigenous community. Our team is dedicated to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where you can feel seen, heard, and supported.Throughout your stay, you will have access to a range of activities and workshops, including guided meditations, traditional Indigenous teachings, ceremony practices and therapy.

Join us on this journey of self-discovery and cultural reconnection.
