Consulting

Building stronger systems for lasting impact

I believe that knowledge is the foundation for meaningful change.

Often, the greatest challenge lies in “not knowing what we don’t know.”

I partner with organizations and programs to meet their unique needs through training, program development, supervision, evaluation, and feedback. My work is especially focused on supporting initiatives connected to Indigenous and 2SLGBTQ+ communities.

With over a decade of experience working across research, frontline practice, and community based organizations, I bring both practical and lived perspectives to this work. I help organizations move beyond theory and toward meaningful, actionable change by supporting teams in understanding the historical, cultural, and systemic contexts that shape the communities they serve.

Many organizations seek this work to strengthen cultural safety, build more inclusive environments, support staff learning, and ensure their programs are responsive to the people and communities they work alongside.

Together, we can collaborate to decolonize practices, empower voices, and elevate the experiences of marginalized communities. The goal is to support the growth of spaces, organizations, and systems that are more inclusive, equitable, and grounded in respect and accountability.

If this work resonates with your organization or team, I welcome you to reach out so we can connect and explore how we might work together.
